PatientView allows you to view, monitor and plot trends of your blood results as well as allowing you to view your clinic letters and upload your own readings such as weight and blood pressure. This will help you understand more about your condition and how your lifestyle is affecting your condition, for example you can monitor how well you’re adhering to your dietary restrictions such as salt, potassium and phosphates.
To register with the service either ask your renal consultant or use the link https://www.patientview.org/. Please note that not all renal centres use PatientView and those that do may not use all of its facilities.
